This limited edition rocking zebra retails for £4,200 (incl VAT) and could be yours with the winning ticket. This exquisite rocking horse features carved wildebeest sitting on the aged grey oak stand. Handmade by skilled craftspeople at their workshop in Kent, this rocking zebra pays tribute to the childhood of Stevenson Brothers owners Marc and Tony who grew up in Kenya.
The Vipingo Village Fund, a UK registered charity, has built and maintains The Future Hope Montessori School in Vipingo, creates community projects and conservation projects on the Vipingo Coast in Kenya. Conservation projects include a marine conservation and turtle watch program while community projects include a sewing co-operative, chicken co-operative and a market garden. The Montessori school provides education, safety, health care and food for some 120 children of the village, all of whom are affected in some way by AIDS, either orphaned or who are themselves infected but all are living in abject poverty. Outside of school term time, the school provides a holiday club to offer a safe haven, food and fun 365 days a year.
